JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Schedule and supervise on a daily basis all trades within the subdivision.
  • Plan and schedule all construction duties on homes from beginning to end.
  • Inspect work for quality and in compliance with City building code requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper workflow and production.
  • Perform construction meetings with client, to update progress as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  7-10 years construction experience in the construction of single family homes or Townhomes.
  • Strong organizational and people skills.
  • Use word processing, e-mail and have Excel spreadsheet knowledge for internal and external communications & creation of reports.
  • Full and complete knowledge of architectural drawings/blueprints & calculate material requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or mission deadlines.

LOCATION:

  • Office Located in Southlake, TX.
  •  Some travel to the office will be required.
  • Current Subdivision is located in Fort Worth. TX

COMPENSATION:

  • W2 Full Time Salary Position.

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking someone who can complete the day to day administrative tasks coordination of all ongoing construction projects within the company. Coordination of real estate contracts, addenda and paperwork to ensure timely completion as a liaison between homeowners sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for securing the timely preparation and submission of building permits through various municipalities based on deadlines from construction schedule.
  • Responsible for assisting the sales team in gathering and completing necessary paperwork for the preparation and sale of each home within the company.
  • Prepare and submit timely check requests for permits, water taps and impact fees.
  • Serve as the designated division contact for permit or other issues and respond promptly.
  • Record newly recorded or purchased lots and building permit information into builder trend software.
  • Coordinate with the consultants (architect, engineering) for a timely and complete building plan package submission.
  • Manage and monitor the complete building plan approval process through various municipalities on assigned communities.
  • Update documentation on specs, sold specs and new construction regarding mark up plans with changes, selections verified and disperse to the Construction Department and sub-contractors.
  • Distribute construction documents to the Purchasing department, the Marketing department and the Construction department.
  • Document and process all plan revisions and coordinate time-frame requirements to consultants.
  • Scan all approved building plans.
  • Maintain plan repository and other building documents within company portals.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the construction status of all homes in progress.
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
  • Support the Construction Department performing administrative duties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure all deadlines are achieved management, and accounting personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and people skills.
  • Use word processing, e-mail and have advanced Excel spreadsheet skills (pivot tables) for internal and external communications, creation of reports and presentations.
  • Knowledge of architectural drawings/blueprints & calculate material requirements a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or mission deadlines.
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a Plus.

NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

Here are some criteria that would put you at the top of our list:

  • Have completed at least 25 sales in the past 3 years
  • Active real estate license in the State of Texas
  • Must be willing to commit 15-20 hrs/wk on one of our development sites
  • Must be willing to hang license with our JPAR Team
